The yarn that Mom and my sister sent to me had finally arrived. I was so happy that I nearly jumped out of my skin :-) They had just travelled such a long way, from Beijing to Shanghai taken by one of my cousin’s friends who was on a business trip, then were handed over to another friend of my cousin, who lives in Sydney. This friend actually took some time in Hongkong before she went back to Australia. Then I asked Jessy to pick them up from her place at Kingsgrove and post them to me by mail. It took about 3 weeks and so many people to get them finally delivered to my hands. That’s only what a family and real friends would do for you. When they finally arrived, I just couldn’t help being so grateful (and laughing).

Now I have-
* 20x50g wool that probably needs 4.5mm to 5mm needles;
* 4x250g pure cotton grey colour yarn;
* 4x250g pure cotton apple green colour yarn;
* 6x50g pink mohair;
* 6x50g pink cotton, silk and viscose blended yarn;
* and a knitted scarf by mom.

They should be able to keep me busy for at least half a year, I reckon. And the only problem is, “what am I going to knit with each of them?” I will work it out :-)
