Until early of this week, I had no idea what a Danbo is. It all happened in one afternoon. My husband rang me at the work and suddenly asked me to kindly make a Danbo for him as he has been wanting one for a long time and now, it seems this urge became so forceful that he had to ask me because I am “so into making craft” (please note: he didn’t say that I am “good at craft”).
All of a sudden, Danbo was introduced into my world, or shall I say we were introduced to his world, a world full of possibilities, cute emotions and stories that are even humaner than human beings.
The following days after I accepted the assignment, I get to know him, explore who he is and finally, finished making one myself today. I don’t know how good the “real” (purchased) Danbo could be, mine is already cool enough with moveable arms, head and legs.
My husband is right. Danbo is such a cute and photogenic character and always carries a little bit of sadness. Now even Vivian knows Danbo is her Daddy’s toy and I think my husband intended to give me some sort of credits by giving me the permission to use his very first Danbo photo in my blog.
Well, after all I gave Danbo a body. Now I am hoping he will give him a life.
This is the template and instructions by Yuiiwae that I used to create our lovely new friend.
