I have had a quite healthy and relaxing weekend in the past two days. My husband needed to go dragon boating training Saturday morning, so we just had to get up early and get everything ready. It went so well. I did quite a lot of housework, practised Yoga, did grocery shopping, been to computer market, tried out our new Power Zest machine, made a nice pepperoni salami pizza for dinner, then I still had a lot of time left for plenty of relaxation, day dreaming, knitting, a bit of gardening…..

Because I received so many benefits from yesterday, I decided to do the same today. So I got up at 7:30am, had my breakfast, then put on some light weight work-out clothes and went out for a walk.

Yes, a walk, but a very intensive walk. I was looking forwards to doing something to get my body all active. I walked as fast as possible, swinging my arms and tucking my lower belly in while moving, letting the breeze coming to my face….I spent quite some time doing a circle around Queanbeyan Park’s oval playground, where I walked with averagely about 3.5 minutes per round. Then I walked up to Queanbeyan swimming pool to get some information. Recon soon we will be visiting there for some summer swimming.

The sun was getting higher and higher. The churches’ bells had rang twice. I was sweating and puffing, but it just felt so good and the warmth had flew to every corner of my whole body. Honestly I think morning’s sunshine in spring time is just too good to be missed. Walking myself up in it, is one of the most worthwhile things to do to enjoy this season.
