By the time of 11:30am today, I have successfully upgraded my “L” plate to “P” plate. I am probably the longest learner that I have ever known. From July 2002 to Janurary 2008, I had two learner driver’s licenses, drove the car on my own twice without a proper license, practised at least 150 hours, day and night, sunny and rainny, our car had changed once…..Now it’s all happening!!!

The examiner asked me too many questions along the way today, from how I spent my Christmas, to how I spent my New Year Eve, to when the Chinese New Year would be in 2008, to where I work and if I have kids…. She was trying to make a conversation? or she just trust my driving ability too much? She talked me through and I talked her over vice versa

She couldn’t wait for me to park the car perfectly between two lines when I got back to RTA Office. Then I heard “congratulations”, then I can’t remember what had happened since then I must have screamed
