My home-made sticky rice dumplings just came out wonderfully this year, especially the pork belly meat stuffing one. It is really worth my every effort to make them and I am very proud of it. Though it took me almost the whole day, from soaking the rice, cutting, washing and boiling the leaves, marinading the [...]

As planned for one of our Easter Holiday activities, we went to Wollongong today. It’s supposed to be nice one day trip, but let me tell you a better story. It’s about how the whole visit had turned to a hilarious show of some person’s stupidity. And that person, is ME. First thing is that [...]

After I had invloved quite some time on preparation, I am so glad to see this Makaton Workshop finally happened. As one of the training organisers, we funded all the catering and venue out of my program. I did most of shopping yesterday, then did lots of chopping up and washing, making mini muffins, doing [...]

For a day trip to Sydney, we would have a fairly tight schedule, but the plan ended up being carried out quite okay. We didn’t try to do too much but picked a couple of places that only Sydney people could take the adventage to enjoy, like Ikea and Sydney Fish Market (I always regret [...]
