Easter Friday. We were invited to a friend’s new house in Gungahlin and had BBQ dinner near the lake. Vivian and other little kids had a good time using a lot of amenities in this park. The photo was taken while we were walking along the lake to help to digest food after our dinner.
We went to friends’ place for the lunch this Sunday. Before I got to their place, my mouth was already watering, thinking that we were going to have “Shao Ji Gong” (a kind of spicy chicken stew using rooster as a main ingredient), which I only tried once in my life back to 1998 or 1999 in Chongqing when I went to visit my boyfriend’s parents ( that boyfriend had been upgraded into my husband soon after ).
We spent the whole Sunday just re-tidying up and cleaning off some old stuff at home. We threw out hundreds of paper boxes and another thousand of assorted unused items. I can’t believe that it took us so long to do it and it’s even harder to believe that we have so much clutters that [...]
I don’t know if this is Weston Park or not. Four of us, myself, my husband, our friends (a couple) spent a little time in Yarralumla Nursery shop after our Yum Cha lunch in Deakin, then just walked passed the coffee shop, headed into English Garden, going towards the bush, then crossed a little bridge.
