我 反复对照了自己的作品和产品包装上的照片，明显觉得人家的东西漂亮一些，而且人家的白色核桃仁基本上是均匀地分布在Brownie上面，清晰可见，而我做 的怎么一点都看不出来有核桃呢？吃着是没有问题的，焦糖已经渗透其中，核桃仁也颇有口感，除了吃甜食有一种犯罪感之外，一切都足以让一个厨子心满意足。而 且这东西比起一般的蛋糕或泥饼Mud Cake要更湿润、更醇厚一些，我确实很喜欢。 只是本来想好周末两天怎么也该安排一到两次的早茶和 下午茶时间，到时就可以堂而皇之地大肆咀嚼之，可是顿顿都肚子撑得饱饱的，哪还有去碰甜点的激情？可惜我的Caramel Walnut Fudge Brownies呀，只好上班之后自己揣上两块，饿的时候当破烂往肚子里塞喽！
