我 看老公馒头吃得有点腻了。也不怪他,天天早上一个小馒头,虽然我的馒头做得基本象那么回事儿,但水平也高不到天上去,更何况我也不是特别有天赋的人,一个 馒头还能搞出七八种花样。那天,他可能是看到了别人的Blog里介绍怎么做发糕,于是受了不少启发,突然觉得可以把馒头换换发糕吃了,所以开始敦促我学习 怎么做发糕。 我周日一天做了两种发糕,一种是直接蒸的,要用Baking Powder,就是所谓的泡打粉;另外一种是发酵后蒸,要用干酵母粉。我比较蠢,开始没有意识到我家其实根本就没有泡打粉这玩意儿,所以放了一丁点Baking Soda,结果又是用搅拌机打,又是洗盆刷锅的折腾了好久,蒸出来的东西吓死人,简直就是黄绿大霉糕,能吃但是绝对很难吃,没有怪味,但是也没有什么好味 儿。我郁闷了一会儿,重新又研究了一遍菜单,才发现了Baking Soda的问题。 下 午我反正也不气馁,继续做第二种,把面粉、玉米粉、干酵母和糖混合后变成面糊,然后发酵一两个小时。发好后上大火蒸,没想到蒸出来的东西还真象那么回事 儿。发糕切开后的横切面特别有感觉,就是糖放得太少(这是根据老公的旨意),不象小时候吃到的发糕那么甜。口味上比较清淡确实是个比较大的遗憾,不过想想 自己的年纪和体重,少吃口糖也就忍了! 其 实这种发糕做法非常简单,还不用象做馒头那样需要后续揉面和刀切出形状。只要面糊一旦发好,直接上锅蒸就行了。只是我没有合适的模具,装面糊的容器什么 样,蒸出来的发糕就什么形状,厚度有限,不太美观,和我小时候校门外面小商小贩推出卖的发糕没法比(虽然据说那个东西比较脏)。不过自己做的发糕,感觉比 较“神奇”,嘿嘿,挺好玩儿的~
