This is my first time to try Tacos. Two of my colleagues gave me two different versions of Taco recipe. Apparently they don’t agree with each other, and I can see that it was not only a dispute between two different persons, but two different cultures. One is from Spanish background, another one is completely local Aussie.

After I got back home, I decided to try my Chinese Taco. My filling included scrambled eggs, chili flavoured pork strips, shredded lettuce and diced tomatos, topped with grated tasty cheese (but very very little).

My husband enjoyed the chrispy shells and didn’t hate the fillings at all. Well, that’s all I want to know and really means a lot to me. Which housewife doesn’t want to hear something nice from her husband after she had stood in the kitchen for a couple of hours just for preparing a meal？At last, he had 3 tacos and a big bowl of noodles. Just by looking at him, I didn’t feel hungry any more
