I just bought this month’s Super Food Idea and found some interesting recipes that I wanted to have a try.
I admit that among all the cooking magazines, I particularly like Super Food Idea, which is a monthly Australian publication with lots of practical recipes and cooking tips. I do occasionally look at other cooking magazines in the News Agency from time to time. From the surface, they look similar and not really have any difference, the same well presented dishes on the photos, and the same kind of colourful and yummy tastes as advertised in the instruction.
But having a deeper looking at them, I found Super Food Idea is more reasonable on ingredients purchase, covering more food styles all over the world and a lot of easier on description of methods and actual preparation. Most importantly, you rarely fail to get what you wanted to get. The dishes always turned up closed to what it looks like in the photo of magazine, and that, does appeal and encourage me to try more as the experience of success is a dispensable part of one’s gaining his confidence and positive feelings, especially on cooking
I have decided to try either one of versions of croquettes or an Easy Chicken Paella on the cover page (after a short conversation with one of my colleagues, I know that it’s a kind of Spanish stew) over this weekend. I hope I could get them right. Well, talking about food ideas, makes me hungry
