Okay. It’s good now because I feel that I am putting myself together gradually. There wasn’t any serious issues, just tiny little bits of my life, such as my sore foot and my thirsty face, which have been falling apart lately :-) .

Well, after some DIY rescue treatment on several occasions in the past week, I think my face is recovering from its’ sick state caused by early spring’s wind. I guess I just need to make my own pace to adjust to what’s supposed to be undergone around this time. Some resources say that garlic + honey would treat flaky face. It sounds like an odd combination. What I tried is stopping using soap and hot water, applying moisturising mask every second day and using good quality but gentle enough exfoliate cleansing foam (pinched from my husband) to scrub the flakes off my face.

I haven’t done anything to my foot except using it a lot :-) The worst time is night time when I am in bed in the darkness and endless quietness, where the pain seems standing out and becoming a dominate feeling of all I can sense at that moment. My God, I wanted to know how those people put up with the pain on a daily base.

Coming closer to the end of this weekend, I get the feeling that it wasn’t too bad. I had a big rest yesterday even though I spent 5 hours on housework. And today, Sunday, I even had a one-hour snap in the afternoon. Now I am quite ready for another full week. Just recalled that Yoga class is coming on the line. Yehhhhhhhhhhhh………….
