- Learn more about pressure points of people’s body and practise them often.
I love that book. It’s been great to test on myself to see things happening and changing. And, the little tool that mom bought me to is really good. - Start a knitting project and make it really count in my wardrobe.
This means only starting a project when there has proper and good quality yarn and when I am going to wear (use) it forever
It’s really not that hard. Early of this year, I had finished a couple of big knitting projects (pink short sleeved cardigan and green cotton pullover), and I love every stitch of them and just couldn’t find more occassions to wear them. - Go to bed before 10:30pm and try to fall asleep no later than 11:30pm.
Also, I will push my husband to do the same. I think he needs to improve on that as well. - Make at least one big satisfying meaty soup everyweek before this winter is over.
I have been trying to keep this one going for two weeks. We had lamb with white radish on the first weekend, then we had pork chops with Fiji Taro on the second. This week I am goint to either cook salmon fish head soup or ox tail soup. I also would love to try chicken soup or pork chops with seaweed and green beans. - Try to not to yell at my husband.
To be honest, sometimes I can really “hear” my voice rising to a horrible highnes. It’s really not nice to be like that, even if people do the same to you. - Try to loose some weight.
Again? Hehe….what’s new about me?
- Find the inner peace.
I am sure I will and right now on the avenue of exploring that. There is so many ways to achieve inner peace, not just by practising a physical or mental exercise, such as Yoga or meditation. It’s everywhere in your every move. It’s there when you talk, look, hear and respond to people. It’s there even if you just keep the kindness towards others and having the faith in yourself.
