The invitation to join the exciting new knitter’s community “Ravelry” has finally arrived. I spent some hours to move my knitting projects into the new home and the whole process for that went so well and I really enjoyed it.

It’s the best knitting community that I have found so far. I almost couldn’t think of anything wrong there, although I had to sign up for a yahoo account to get Flickr, but there was no drama. Everything can be done in a flash. I gotta have Flickr one day anyway, sooner would be better than latter.

There are still too many things I need to put in to give each project more detailed information and the function to add yarn information seems very new to me. I can see I will have something else keeps me busy for a while.

Ravelry is still on its beta. And there are another 6000 people on the waiting list to be added. At this time, there is no way to browse inside the community if you are not one of its members.
