I promise I won’t bore you with my food for a while (say at least one week?) after this post. I confess that I’ve been posting a lot of recipes and food ideas lately, but believe it or not, I am not putting on weight at all. Actually in the last month since I started to carry on my weight loss plan AGAIN, I had successfully lost at least 2 kilos. A couple of pairs of my old pants are really happy to see this happening on me, as they get to wore more comfortably and more often :-)

I do this because I have to complete a circle of my first achievement on making pizzas :-) I was fascinated with this idea of making my own pizza at home for a long time. I know it’s not hard and I know it’s yummy. So what excuse could hold me up making it myself? Then I made it.

Ready-made pizza base bought from supermarket, super-easy! Then whatever you’d like to eat, top them on! Sauce or cheese? Buy tomato paste as basic base sauce as it’s classic. Mozzarella cheese is the best companion of a delicious pizza.

Pumpkins and pork mince combination was my idea. Had to cook them first to make them tender so you can save time when they are in oven. It’s totally up to you if you want to add a bit of extra vegetable. I added onion and capsicum as they go well with pork mince and it looks colourful.

Next time I want to try BBQ chicken, mushroom, tomatoes, salami (chorizos) or bacon as toppings, and I want to do a half vegetarian and half meat on one pizza base. Sounds interesting?
