Making pizza at home is a great choice for Sunday’s lunch. When the day is being spent in a casual way, and when you are in your pajama and not in the mood to cook too much but still craving for food, you can get this thing done in no time.

There won’t be much chopping, washing, frying, time consuming preparing or cooking on the stove. You just pull the ingredients out of refrigerator and doing 8 years old LEGO play.

However, the fun and your achievement could be so big, even if you failed to match your product to those sold at Domino’s or Pizza Huts, you still can proudly say to yourself, “I made it” :-)

That’s why I love Sunday pizza. The content is not important. The more important thing is your courage to try and take an action. So, here’s my this Sunday’s pizza recipe.

Sausage, Zucchini and Mushroom Pizza

Pizza base: you can get it from any supermarket;
Pizza sauce: buy it in your local supermarket;
Shredded Mozilla cheese;
Thinly sliced zucchini and mushroom (Note: remember that you don’t need to have too much, as there is nothing worse than putting too much on a pizza);
Your favourite sausage, cook on fry pan, then thinly sliced with an angel on kitchen paper to drain the excessive oil; Alternatively, you can use pepperoni salami slices that you can easily get from supermarket as well, which I found even more delicious.

There’s nothing new that I can tell you about how to make it. Basically you just need to spread the pizza sauce first on base, then arrange your vegetable and meat ingredients, then top with enough Mozilla cheese.

You need about a good 15-20 minutes to bake your pizza in an oven at about 230 degrees. You can sprinkle some your favourite herbs, such as basil leaves or coriander on the top before serve.
