I went to a day session’s Mental Health Training today and felt very inspired. The training was mostly focusing on understanding different types of mental illness, the episodes patterns and the symptoms.

Even though I am from psychology background, since I have been off the field for quite a long time, I was surprised to find out that how little the knowledge that now I have about clinical psychology. There are lots of things that I need to catch up. But amazingly I found that, clinical psychology is still something I favour a lot, after so many years muddling among the different areas.

I have had a thought of going back to uni to be trained as a registered clinical psychologist in here for a long time. I was thinking of some time after I have kids and I hope I could manage to enter a Clinical Psychology PhD program while doing a part time job at the same time.

It’s never too late to achieve anything, no matter you want to build a boat, learn to play an instrument or start to help people. As long as you have a plan and you go for it, it would come to true no matter you start at your 20s, 40s or 70s.
