This is my version of Melting Moment, a kind of very traditional cookie. In Chinese we call it 曲奇饼干. I made them tonight. And since I tasted one after I made them, I instantly know that I no longer need to buy them from Supermarket, not from Woolworth, not from Aldi, not from cookie shop, not from anywhere else. To me, DIY is an avenue to get close to liberation and independence……blah blah blah…. Okay I know I must have said too much. I admit that at the moment, there is only my boosted ego but nothing else
