I don’t know why lately I always felt very hungry, especially the time between after I got back home and before I started to prepare the dinner. So did my husband. But he can grab some biscuits from the candy jag to bite, while as I am totally not into sweet things, I wouldn’t even look at them as a solution to comfort my stomach.

According to my husband, our hunger is caused by lacking of nutrition in the food we have been eating, as well as the fact that lately we have been engaged much much more in exercise (Well, especially my husband. He is doing rowing twice a week, which is not only a brutal game but also burns one’s carollies quickly).

However, I don’t completely agree with him, as I can’t see there are any dramatic changes that had taken place in our daily menu recently. If the food we ate before was okay and didn’t cause any huger problem, it should be okay for now as well. And look at both of us, there are too many extra fat on our bodies which shouldn’t have been there and could be lost. Hungry = low nutrition??! My question is “why not consume the fat to get over the hunger?”

I believe that hunger is caused by changing of seasons. With the weather getting warmer and warmer, the body woke up and wanted more stimuluses, like more food or strong flavoured dishes, or something different from winter’s dinner table.

Well, my colleagues don’t think so. Since I accidentially mentioned: a) I always feel hungry; b) I am quite sleepy recently, there is already a rumour running around in the office :-) Hehe….they wish….:-)
