I found an article from Healio Health Library talking about how to treat headache. It’s worth reading if you suffer from headache as often as I do. Actually I guess I am the second type, vascular headaches, which include cluster and migraine headaches, are the result of overactive blood vessels.

I had been detected to have very high cholesterol and blood fat 7 years ago, although everybody believed I was too thin to have these kinds of problems. But shit happens. I was too young to pay my attention to the test result, now I sort of identify the link between the headaches and those medical figures from the previous blood test.

I guess I would die of vascular disease at the end. I remember my father mentioned about my grandfather having the same sort of problem. He had stroke, but he lived a pretty long life until he died at his late 80s. My father seems very cautious about his cholesterol level and food fat intake. He is a very thin man and never got fat in his life being. So I reckon it could be some family thing. I am doomed.

However, it doesn’t mean I have to wait for my destiny without taking any action. I guess I should start to do something before it’s getting too late. Become a vegetarian? More exercise? Or reduce the stress?
