It was very foggy this morning in Queanbeyan. We managed to have a little play in the misty backyard before taking off to the work. Vivian was very serious about making sure I say the right word. “Mummy, it’s ‘fog’, not ‘frog’…..” she said. I can’t help having this mental picture about the rest of my life where she will be correcting me on almost everything all the time.

On the way of sending Vivian to the child care.

Just right after I turned onto the Morton Street and reached the highest point, the foggy mountain view, like a panoramic picture, spread out in front of my eyes. It would be a shame to miss this. So I pulled off the car and took this photo through the car window.

To me, it is rather touching than beautiful at that moment. Sometimes I look at things which have already been there for hundreds, thousands or million years and can’t help getting a feeling that, it was really not me who watches out for what’s around me, but it was them who have been witnessing the forever changing world.
