I am trying to get this pair of mitten done before this Friday. The pattern is from the Accessories book of Paton. It’s a very yarn-saving project. A small 50g ball of 8ply yarn with 4mm knitting needles are the only stuff that would be required.

If you knit really fast, I reckon that you can finish them within no more than 4 hours (including knitting flower embellishment and sewing seams) as there is really nothing difficult at all.

I used left-over yarn from my husband’s socks, which is Cleckheaton 5ply black Machine washable Crepe pure wool. A little bit thin for this project, but with lace pattern, it doesn’t look that bad.

Hope Yaya would like them :-) I reckon they are pretty cool for a teenager girl :-)
