About 1-2 weeks ago, when these things were very very tiny, my husband and I spent quite a bit of time arguing what these little things are.

You think we are the silliest farmers in the world, do you? But seriously, when they were tiny, it was very hard to determine what they were…… flower buds or newly emerged new leaves?

I am that gardener, a 3-times-a-day observer. I knew it was a flower bud from the very beginning, though I couldn’t believe it could happen so quickly. I don’t know much about the nature plant world, but to me, it was like someone who hasn’t grown up enough, has to step in the process of breeding :-(

By all means, I would love to see my chilli flowering then yielding some fruit, but I have felt that the growing speed of the whole plant has not been so much matching its maturity speed, though it looks really a big plant now.

How many days has it been since? The 73th or 74th day? What I have heard sounds about to be true, maybe it will take 100 days to get real chillies. Let’s wait and see.
