We are running out of chilies in the kitchen. After having some thinking, I decided to pick some chilies from the pot. So here you go, the moment of chilies off the tree and playing their most important roles in their lives–being cooked and eaten. While I was cutting them, I tasted my finger which [...]

Most of my chilies are red now. I haven’t got time to pick them yet but yes, I think I am very happy. It will be another month before I will finally pull the plants out of the pots. I don’t want to leave them there or take them indoor for overwintering, as I am [...]

This Sunday had all been dedicated to our carpet in the living room. Believe it or not, we called out a carpet cleaner yesterday and by the time of 1:30pm, it’s all done. Well, you would imagine nobody would do such a job on Sunday, would you? The guy was actually from South America. He [...]

The past several weeks’ hotness made me reluctant to go out to look after my plants. How many times I looked through the kitchen window and saw them standing there droopy like a poor ignored kid. I just wasn’t in the mood watering, driving off annoying flies and other insects or simply being out there [...]
