敝人目前做馒头可用一个成语来形容,那就是——驾轻就熟。真的没吹,现在基本上是闭着眼睛乱做一通也不会走样到哪儿去了,更别说我要再上点儿心什么的。这种状况很适宜我目前当娘的时间表。
这次在家和妈一起做烧麦,发现我们俩有几个方面不同:一是我以前做烧麦用馄饨皮,而她用饺子皮,当然两种都是外面卖得现成的。馄饨皮薄可以突出馅料;但饺子皮大而且咬着劲道。
