I am the birthday girl today
Given that we already had a birthday celebration last night, the life just got back to the normal this morning. As committed for every Saturday morning, we had to get up at 7am and spent our morning around the water. Well, for my husband, it’s going to be on the water or in the water. It depends
I didn’t expect that I could make a big achievement on knitting in the car while waiting for him. Those one or two hours just gave me the chance to finish off the hair band that I’d been itching to do since I see it at first sight.
For the rest of my waiting time, I just wandered around to see if there is anything appealing to my eyes. I finally put my eyes on those red wheels of sailing boats, as well as trunk skin, falling leaf on green grass and budding trees.
I don’t really want to accept that I am 34 now, as I don’t feel like it. Well, the past 7 years since 2000 seems extremely passing by quickly, I did lots of things, but have no idea where all my time has gone. With a glimpse in the mirror of the car, I see myself amazingly look better than what I thought I would look like, just from what I see every morning in our bathroom mirror. I didn’t even wear the make-up this morning for my birthday…..who knows? Probably that green scarf really suits my skin tone:-)
