I gave one of my colleagues some travel tips in Hong Kong before she went up there for her Xmas holiday. Now she came back with loads of photos. When I was looking through them the other day, I found myself really liked this one taken for big Tian Tan Buddha on the Lantau Island. It just has the most peaceful look that I have ever seen in my life, so I saved it in my personal drive of my computer, never gave a second thought about it since then.

This morning when I walked into office, my colleague said “I’ve got a present for you”. Surprisingly enough, I was handed over a 20cm x 30cm photo of this very Buddha, the exactly the same photo….Wow, I was speechless.
We didn’t go to see the Buddha when we were in Hong Kong last time, but now it’s certainly on the top of my list for the next time Hong Kong trip. I can still remember this Buddha actually turned up in lots of Hong Kong movies. I got to see it anyway.

The next thing is, what kind of frame would be suitable for this photo? Metal, wooden, creamy colour or black, or metallic silver? I want to have a bit of margin on sides, so I probably need to do it my self….finding good quality cardboard paper and cut it myself :-)

~May peace be with you all the time~
