My husband invented a kind of new soft drink. I still haven’t got a nice name to call it. It’s supposed to seem romantic and something between harsh “Bloody Mary” and soft “Pink Beauty”.
I don’t know where his idea is from but it all works really well together. He used berry cocktail (a kind of preserved fruit with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and cherries), lemonade and ice cubes. He is experimenting the proportion for each of them and thinking of adding something else, like basil or mint leaves.
It’s a really refreshing drink. Best served chilled and great for after a hot summer day. The nice colour of burgundy is quite inviting, although it’s just a virgin cocktail. I wondered what it’s gonna be if I add a bit of vodka or tequila.
