I hope I am not someone who has anything to do with substance use, but I have realized that I just can not get rid of Beconase out of my life. This is my third year since the first time I started to use this kind of medication. It helps me a lot. It gives me reasonably good sleeps at night, makes me a decent worker at the office and even helps to make sure that I still enjoy everyday cosmetic stuff. Yes, my nose has something to do with those make-up things. If I didn’t treat it in a proper way, it could have been sneezing and runing all day and all night, what I had would have been only watering eyes and wet nose, how could I enjoy something like a mascara or a lip gloss?
Beconase is really good. It was once upon a time a priscription, but now you can get them over the counter in any pharmacy. I still remember Beconase is actually Penelope’s recommendation. Penny used to be one of my workmates and she is the nicest POME I have ever met
She suggested me to get one of those after I sneezed at the body powder that have been applied on a resident. That was the worst spring I have ever had. I felt like I lost my nose and everything else that actually has a function in breathing. I had to open my mouth all the time even in a sleep, otherwise I might have been a dead person two years ago. And I made terrible noise at the nights. My husband couldn’t stand it so he put on some ear plugs. Thus I suffered about two months. In the October of 2004, One of my friends, Mandy came to Canberra to visit us. I was like a leaking tap on the whole way of accompanying her. Mandy thought I was having a cold, so did I. But it was not true, because not any type of cold could last for two months or a whole year. I actually was developing the sinus.
Thanks the Beconase! It starts to take effect within a couple of days after the first use, and it significantly improves the symptoms. (I suddenly have a feeling that I sound like a TV commercial :-&) However, to avoid excessive relying on medication, I only use one bottle (about 60 sprays) a year, mostly during my hardest time, like in the spring from September to November. Hence so far I have only used 3 bottles. It’s bloody expensive, about 18 AUD, considering only 60 sprays in total and it has to be used 4 sprays every day (2 for left and 2 for right), I really need to carefully carry out a plan about how to make the most use of this kind of treasures. Anyway, people should never complain about anything that saves their life, shouldn’t they?
The funny thing is how to apply the sprays. You have to take the sprays in by taking a big deep breath with your nose. It’s pretty much like what you see in some movie scenes where how those naughty people do with heroin or other sort of illegal drugs. Actually that kind of behaviour made me feel like I am really sick.
