Corn Flakes, finely chopped dried apricots, saltanas, strawberries (or kiwi fruit, or banana or seedless grape or any combination of your favourite fruit), pour in cold light milk.

Lately we stick on this breakfast menu as when the weather gets warmer, actually we feel more comfortable to drink cold milk now.

I guess even though I REALLY want to loss some weight, breakfast would be the last meal I want to skip (though it would be the easiest one). I guess I am just taking it slowly to lose my weight over a longer period of time instead of losing it quickly. I have been trying to avoid eat too much for the dinner meal, and so far it is working all right. I think it probably has something to do with me being a breakfast eater anyway.

The things that are important for a healthy breakfast include: Vitamin C (Fruit, tomatoes), Vitamin B (whole meal or mixed grain cereals, like bran, corn flakes or lightly roasted oats), things high in fibre and with relatively amount of calcium (light milk with reduced fat, yogurt) and protein (lightly scrambled eggs, baked beans).
