IMG_2129做腻了馒头,今天想尝试一下做做发糕。网上有不少菜谱,比较来比较去,其实都差不多,关键是要在蒸时让玉米发起来,变得松软,不要沉底。

所以总结出来有三个要点:一是要水开后上锅蒸;二是装混合物的容器要有透气孔;三是混合物一定要搅拌均匀,无颗粒。
