做腻了馒头，今天想尝试一下做做发糕。网上有不少菜谱，比较来比较去，其实都差不多，关键是要在蒸时让玉米发起来，变得松软，不要沉底。
所以总结出来有三个要点：一是要水开后上锅蒸；二是装混合物的容器要有透气孔；三是混合物一定要搅拌均匀，无颗粒。
